I have Madden '08 PC version 0.0 and it's telling me I need an update to play online. It won't even let me log in because it says I need the update; but when I click the check for update tab it says there isn't any. How do I get my game to play online? Can somebody tell me how to fix this problem?

All EA's games have been moved to Origin, their new platform of distributing games. Since this is an old product, Madden NFL 08's functionality is very limited, which means that even if you apply the updates, you will not be able to make it run online.
